Patient 1
This 55 year old woman with Stage I invasive ductal carcinoma had bilateral mastectomies and immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders. After expansion she received 740cc cohesive gel silicone implants followed by nipple and alveolar reconstruction.
Patient 2
This 50 year old woman with invasive lobular breast cancer had bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with DIEP free flaps and subsequent nipple and alveolar reconstruction with micropigmentation.
Patient 3
This 50 year old patient had bilateral mastectomies with implant based reconstruction with 290 cc silicone gel implants, bilateral nipple reconstruction, and micropigmentation of the areolas.
Patient 4
45 year old woman with left breast cancer who had bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders followed by 375 cohesive gel implants and nipple and areolar reconstruction.

Patient 6
This patient is a 36 year old woman with a genetic predisposition for breast cancer. She had bilateral prophylactic mastectomies and reconstruction with DIEP flaps using a breast reduction pattern, nipple reconstruction and micropigmentation.
