19 year old young woman with back pain secondary to large and disproportionate breasts. Underwent bilateral vertical scar breast reduction and liposuction of anterior axillary fat pads.

This 55 year old woman with Stage I invasive ductal carcinoma had bilateral mastectomies and immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders. After expansion she received 740cc cohesive gel silicone implants followed by nipple and alveolar reconstruction.

This 50 year old woman with invasive lobular breast cancer had bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with DIEP free flaps and subsequent nipple and alveolar reconstruction with micropigmentation.
Patient 5
This patient had her breast reduction at age 63, followed by an abdominoplasty at age 65.

This 50 year old patient had bilateral mastectomies with implant based reconstruction with 290 cc silicone gel implants, bilateral nipple reconstruction, and micropigmentation of the areolas.

This 61 year old woman was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She received 210cc silicone gel implants.
Patient 9
34 year old woman who was unhappy with her breast size after breast-feeding 2 children. She had 300 cc smooth cohesive silicone gel implants placed below the muscle.

45 year old woman with left breast cancer who had bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders followed by 375 cohesive gel implants and nipple and areolar reconstruction.
